Why am I so passionate about helping you?

The best way to truly describe my passion is to share a personal, life-defining moment.  About five years ago, as a brand-new Mother with a 3-month-old son, I was diagnosed with advanced-stage breast cancer.  As I underwent a mastectomy, chemotherapy treatments, and daily radiation treatments, I did some serious soul searching.

As strange as it may sound, this 18-month process ended up being a true gift.  It gave me a unique life perspective.  Life is short and our time on earth should be meaningful.  This experience crystalized my entrepreneurial spirit and it firmed up my desire to help other woman achieve their business and personal dreams.  I absolutely believe that your dream of owning and running an extremely successful business has been planted deep in your heart for a reason.  And I believe that with persistent focus, motivation and discipline, your dreams can absolutely be achieved!

I’d like to help you achieve your dream business dramatically quicker than you can do it when “going alone.”  I want to help you “skip the struggle” and achieve the success.  I’d like to help you achieve your life purpose.

As your Accountability Coach, I’ll help you get from Point A to Point B.  I’ll play multiple roles.  I’ll be your:

• Coach. We’ll identify where you are now and where you want to go.  I’ll walk you through, step by step, to achieve your definition of “business success.” 
• Accountability Partner: I’ll be your sweet and personable “pain in the neck.”  I’ll help you set business goals and hold you accountable for achieving what you set out to achieve.  If the goals aren’t being met, we’ll have a heart-to-heart conversation to get at the real reason why….and we’ll figure out solutions.  I’m going to give you a “kick in the skirt” to keep you motivated and on task.
• Cheerleader. I’ll be cheering you on.  I’ll celebrate with you as you achieve each milestone and mile-marker along your journey.
• Sounding Board. I’ll act as your trusted friend, who you can bounce new ideas off of; who you can share your struggles and insecurities with; and who you can be real with.

How am I different from other business coaches?

These Accountability Packages grew out of two main frustrations I hear from business women.

• First, I hear and see how the majority of women business owners are either not implementing, or are only half-implementing, what they’re learning and what they know they should be doing in their businesses.  There’s a huge difference between knowing what you’re supposed to be doing and with consistently doing what you’re supposed to be doing.
  • I want to help you stop “just learning”….and start DOING.  I want to physically walk you through, step by step, to achieving your ideal business.  I’m not going to just provide you with more content and training…I’m going to help you, and hold you accountable, to gain critical new success habits.  Successful people have successful habits.  It’s that simple.  But there’s a disconnect right now, which I want to bridge for you.
• Second, most business coaches are extremely expensive.  I believe every business owner needs and deserves her own business coach,yet I think money has been a stumbling block for many women to gain access to this coaching.  A wonderful business coach I love is asking for more than $14,000 per year for her coaching services.  Do I think her services are worth that investment?  I absolutely do!  Do I think she has the ability to help her clients earn more than 4 times that investment within a year?  I absolutely do!
  • But most women business owners would gasp at that price.  So this results in them going the slower, more painful route and “doing it themselves.”  I don’t want money to be a stumbling block for you.  I’m committed to providing women with this much-needed coaching, at an investment that every business woman can afford.

What do the Accountability Packages include?

You’ll have access to:

• Training. You’ll receive access to all the “83-mile markers” to success.  Every 30 days, you’ll receive the next 5 to 8 mile-markers, via training videos, audios and exercises.  We can speed up, or slow down, the rate at which you’re receiving the training at any time.
• Coaching. You’ll have access to three 30-minute coaching calls each month. These can be done over the phone; through live video chat; or through instant messenger.  During these calls, I’ll walk you step-by-step through completion of all 83-mile markers.
• Direction. One of the greatest success habits you can begin is to hold yearly, quarterly and month goal-setting sessions.  You’ll have access to “goal-setting intensives” four times a year.  I’ll lead you through how to set your individual goals, in order to achieve the results you want.
• Done-For-You Solutions. It can’t get much easier than this!  There are two activities which I believe strongly in.   
  • First, I believe it’s very important to create and listen to affirmations (your quarterly goals and year’s success vision.)  At least quarterly, I’ll create audio affirmations for you, which you can listen to on your computer, in your car, or on your IPOD player.   
  • Second, I believe it’s a complete waste of time to discuss how to find new customers for you; how to provide great customer service and keep in touch with leads and customers; which new products to develop; which type of referral program you should have; etc.; unless you talk with members of your target market and learn about them inside and out.  I’ll conduct this critical market research for you!  (Click here to learn more about this solution. • Accountability. You’ll receive weekly e-mail check-ins to help keep you moving and motivated. You’ll also have access to your very own on-line collaboration center. You and I will have our own private shared storage area, where we’ll store your completed exercises from each of the mile-markers; a list of your goals; etc.
• Extras. You’ll experience periodic extras, such as a free ticket to any live or virtual training event I hold during your membership.
