Do you have a dream to have an extremely successful and fulfilling business (and life)?  Do you have that entrepreneurial spirit?

Even though I don’t personally know you, please know that I believe in you!  I absolutely believe that your dream of owning and running an extremely successful business has been planted deep in your heart for a reason.  And I believe that with persistent focus, motivation and discipline, your dreams can absolutely be achieved!

So if your dreams can be achieved, why haven’t they yet?

If I can be so bold for a minute:), I think as women business owners we need to:

  • Start implementing, and consistently doing, what we know we should be doing in our businesses.
  • Consciously start replacing our unproductive habits with new success habits.  (That’s the difference with successful people.  Successful people have successful habits.  It’s that simple!)
  • Enlist the help of a personal coach.  Even when there’s wonderful training and support internally from a company (if you’re with a direct sales or MLM company), the objective advice and training from an external coach is invaluable.

That’s how I’d love to help!  I’d like to help you identify where you want to go in your business and I want to help you get there so much quicker than you ever thought possible!

My specialty is as an Accountability Coach.  As an Accountability Coach, I’ll act as your:

  • Coach. We’ll identify where you are now, where you want to go and we’ll set your personal “GPS System” to your definition of success.  I’ll walk you through each of the “83 mile-markers” necessary for a successful business and I’ll provide you with step-by-step direction.
  • Accountability Partner: I’ll be your sweet and personable “pain in the neck.”  I’ll help you set business goals and hold you accountable for achieving what you set out to achieve.  If the goals aren’t being met, we’ll have a heart-to-heart conversation to get at the real reason why….and we’ll figure out solutions.  I’m going to give you that “kick in the skirt” to keep you encouraged and on task.
  • Cheerleader. I’ll be cheering you on.  I’ll be in your corner.  I’ll celebrate with you as you achieve each milestone and mile-marker along your journey.
  • Sounding Board. I’ll act as your trusted friend, who you can bounce new ideas off of; who you can share your struggles and insecurities with; and who you can be real with.

Giving you a “kick in the skirt” to keep you encouraged and on task…

Clare is married to her husband of eight years and has a five-year old son.  After growing up in Long Island and working in New York City, she moved down to Raleigh, North Carolina in 1995 for a slower, more-relaxed style of living.  She has more than fifteen years of human resources experience, focused primarily on coaching, training design and training delivery.  She received her master’s degree at North Carolina State University in Training and Education.  She couples her years of business experience, with her passion and experience of the in-home business model, to breathe belief into her fellow women business owners.  Additionally, after surviving advanced-stage breast cancer as a young Mom, she has a passion to live life to the fullest…and to help other women do the same!
